Refunds

If you have placed an order for Live webinar and want to cancel the registration, please inform us 48 hours prior to the scheduled time of the webinar to get eligible for refund.

If you have placed an order for any other format than Live, your order will not be eligible for refund. You can either exchange your order with another product or ask for a credit note to be used for future purchase.

We believe in 100% customer satisfaction and our dedicated support team will make sure to offer you with the best solutions to your queries regarding refunds.

Cancellation Policy

Group Webinars reserve the right to cancel the webinar at any time before the scheduled time of the webinar. Attendees will be informed via email about the same.

Customer can cancel his/her order by sending an e-mail at contact@webinarmailings.com . No refunds will be issued for cancellations. Customers can ask for change of product.

If a webinar is cancelled by Group Webinars, attendees will be informed via email and they can either ask for the refund or get a credit note to be used for future purchase.

Customer can write an email at contact@webinarmailings.com for cancelling his/her online account with Group Webinars and same will be done within 3-4 working days from the date of request.

Group Webinars may cancel/suspend your online account at www.groupwebinars.net any time in its sole discretion without notice or explanation.
